Security challenges today are unlike any humankind has ever faced.
Government law enforcement and public safety agencies are understaffed, under budgeted, and lack the capabilities to provide specialty services for high profile individuals and corporate entities.

Executive Protection

Corporate Security

Workplace Violence
“Employers have a legal and ethical obligation to promote a work environment free from threats and violence.”
-Federal Bureau of Investigation
What is Workplace Violence?
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) breaks down the types of workplace violence into four different categories:
1. Violent acts by criminals who have no other connection with the workplace, but enter to commit robbery or another crime. This type accounts for approximately 80% of workplace homicides.
2. Violence directed at employees by customers, clients, patients, students, inmates, or any others for whom an organization provides services.
3. Violence against coworkers, supervisors, or managers by a present or former employee.
4. Violence committed in the workplace by someone who doesn’t work there, but has a personal relationship with an employee—an abusive spouse or domestic partner.
November Group has considerable experience in providing high and low-profile security services and advance planning for individuals, families and corporations. One of the greatest risks corporate management personnel encounter is the threat of workplace violence. Whether the threat involves physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other disruptive behavior that occurs at an organization, it can affect employees, clients, and visitors alike. Our security consultants are trained in crisis intervention, verbal de-escalation and employee protection techniques.
Enhanced Patrol
Enhanced Patrol is a multifaceted safety and security service program which combines the highest level of protective security with emergency medical response capabilities. This program is scalable and can be tailored for gated communities, resorts, retirement centers, educational campuses, corporate facilities, and industrial complexes. Enhanced Patrol can also be utilized for short term assignments, such as film and video production sets.

Enhanced Patrol was designed and implemented by a panel of emergency management specialists, career law enforcement officers, Fire & EMS personnel, and emergency physicians to address the gaps in municipal 911 services that have been observed over the course of many years.
PROBLEM:
In the United States, the average response time for a 911 ambulance is 9 minutes*. In certain areas, even within metropolitan city limits, the wait time can be much greater. This delay in advanced care can be fatal during a medical emergency; such as an obstructed airway or cardiac arrest. These aforementioned areas can also be prone to delayed response times by law enforcement. Enhanced Patrol is not intended to replace or diminish our nation’s First Responders, but rather augment their services by providing a “stop gap” which not only assists them in their duties, but preserves human life.

Threat Management
Threat Mitigation Team
Mission: Identify, Assess, Mitigate, Manage
November Group has the unique capability to respond to a threatening individual or group unlike any other private organization. Having taken our experience from years in government protective services and intelligence agencies, we have structured a task force unlike any ever seen outside of a government agency. Its mission is to provide a proactive, comprehensive approach to dealing with individuals or groups who have presented a threat, or are suspected of conspiring against our client in some way. These individuals or groups can include: stalkers, ex-spouses or family members, business rivals, political/religious extremists, etc. Often times, these individuals have “fallen through the cracks” of the criminal justice system, even though they have proven themselves to pose a credible threat. While November Group does not function as an alternative to law enforcement, there are many tasks that our personnel can accomplish that law enforcement agencies are unable to provide.
Our Threat Mitigation Team* Includes:
Threat/Intelligence Analyst
Forensic Psychiatrist/Psychologist
Conflict Resolution Mediator
Attorney (Former Prosecutor)
Private Investigator
Field Services Unit
